Too many very powerful and influential people have too much money at stake with Vaccines in America to allow the peasants to seek legal recourse should they or their loved one be harmed by vaccines. The 1986 Childhood Vaccination Act was the cleverest power grab ever coming in 2nd only to the US Federal Reserve act. Just imagine what level of bribes other CEO's would commit to in order to get this kind of federal protection from liability? What we didn’t know was that the chronic use of Seldane would cause heart damage, and Seldane finally was removed from the marketplace because of the number of deaths was caused by Seldane! Unfortunately, the barn door was open, and now we have consumer advertising prescription drugs, which is detrimental to the health of all Americans!

You know, "Shall not be infringed" becomes, "reasonably restricted" with no limit to what is reasonable. I think we have arrived at the time where "Freedom of the Press" needs to be looked at the same way. That is, the press should be free, meaning that you can neither charge "subscribers" nor collect money from "advertisers". You know, really free. You can print or broadcast anything you like, but you can't charge people to read it or watch it and you absolutely cannot pay them to run advertisements on the pages or during the time they are being "the press". Well, how then do they make money? Not my problem, they are free to figure it out. If they want to make money on advertising they can do it while showing reality shows or sitcoms or for print media, they can just print advertisements alone and charge people for those.
Same with the internet. No ads on websites, no pharma bullshit and absolutely no political bullshit.
