Simply excellent. Thank you for this work. The coca-cola link with the Foundation for CDC is a new one for me. That may explain why coca-cola acted via GARM to try to get Spotify to deplatform Joe Rogan after my interview with him (as documented by a House investigation). Please note that when you speak of ACIP and the COI of members, you are speaking of the ACIP that Sec Kennedy retired and replaced, and not the current membership. Speaking for myself, I went through extensive COI screening prior to appointment, as did the other current members. One of the initial eight appointees could not pass that screening, a waiver was not granted, and that appointee was not able to join - leaving us with seven members currently. Robert Malone, MD, MS

Not true. AMD specifically speaks (not very favourably) of the latest meeting of the ACIP (25-26 June 2015), which included Dr Malone and the other new members. He introduces himself at 15:11.

This piece is excellent and deeply disturbing. But I think it goes even further than systemic corruption. What we’re witnessing isn’t just regulatory capture—it’s the rise of a state-sponsored religion.

The CDC and ACIP operate like high priests in lab coats. The phrase “safe and effective” is their liturgy. Vaccine mandates are the sacraments. And dissenters—whether injured patients, skeptical scientists, or grieving parents—are treated as heretics.

You highlight how anecdotal stories of harm from vaccines are dismissed, while anecdotal stories of harm without vaccines are used to drive policy. That’s not science—that’s doctrine. And when the public is told to “trust the science” without access to the data, it becomes blind faith. This isn't how empirical medicine works; it’s how religious orthodoxy survives.

We need to start naming it for what it is: a belief system masquerading as public health. And it’s long past time for a reformation.

On the topic of vaccines…when I was an RN in my late 50’s early 60’s, a much younger RN was talking about childhood diseases and vaccines. I said “We all had measles, mumps, chickenpox etc as kids. Moms threw us together with the 1st symptomatic kid on the block so that we would be assured to get it and get it over with.” She was stunned. “I thought you could die from those diseases.” She said. I told her that I thought that some could but obviously not that many. Of knew of no one in my small town that had anything worse than some scars from picking at the chickenpox lesions. Especially not in a 1st world country with hygiene, clean water etc…

The CDC underwent complete regulatory capture over many years. Those tentacles are now buried too deep for anything but a complete closure to rectify the maladies. At the risk of seeming overly negative, I simply do not foresee that happening, well, ever.

Non-infection or inability to infect stated as dogma is not a solution. It is not the experience of people who observe how diseases (parasitical, bacterial, fungal, viral) can be infective. People, of course, are differently susceptible. Some very much, others not at all. To only conclude from others and not from some isn't a reasonable science, either.

Oh dear Hans Stein, if you would be so kind as to offer a single paper, with falsifiable methods, that can show an "infective" disease. I would enjoy reading it.

And by the way, logic - as applied to positivism - in the world you call "science", does not require one to "conclude from others AND some [others]." I mean, when I was in kindergarten plenty of the other kids were telling me that Santa was REAL!

Again, just a few citations on some falsifiable evidence that any virus exists, much less can be transmitted via inhalation or skin-to-skin contact, AND results in pathology, would be appreciated.

Do you know the definition of herpes? When and where was it first diagnosed?

Dr. Yeadon use to make mud pies ... he called them "vaccines with viruses", then he started using logic, and read the methods section on papers which purported to find viruses. Logical fallacies do NOT prove that viruses exist or are pathogenic.

What did Iwanowski prove about TMV? What about Flexner on polio? Lots of unnatural attacks on plant and animals, but not a lot of "natural infection."

Please show ANY paper, with falsifiable methods, noting natural transmission of illness from sick person to healthy person.

Dearest Hans Stein,

I guess that you never read Enders and Peebles (1954) on Measles. What is CPE, and what did Lanka and Cowan prove about the analysis of CPE?

Best

Expand full comment
Hans Stein's avatar

I do not expect as much enlightenment from lab research as I do from experience.

I had measles as a boy. I have had Covid a few times. And I know enough to conclude that infection occurred.

This work is from 1954 (!)

Major Methodological Problems

The primary criticisms of the Enders and Peebles 1954 measles paper center on fundamental methodological flaws:

1. Lack of Proper ControlsEnders admitted that cytopathic effects which superficially resemble those resulting from infection by the measles agents may possibly be induced by other viral agents present in the monkey kidney tissue or by unknown factors. This acknowledgment undermines the specificity of their key evidence.

2. Contaminated and Unpurified SamplesThe isolation process involved multiple contaminating additions rather than purification:Throat swabs were immediately placed in milk or were taken by cotton swabs doused with milk. Antibiotics were then added to these milk swab samples

Blood samples were placed in tubes containing heparin which is toxic to cells

The culture medium consisted of bovine amniotic fluid, beef embryo extract, horse serum, antibiotics, phenol red

3. Non-specific Cytopathic EffectsThe cytopathic changes it induced in the unstained preparations could not be distinguished with confidence from the viruses isolated from measles. Enders found other agents that produced identical effects to what he attributed to measles virus.

4. Admission of Indirect Evidence OnlyEnders admitted they obtained considerable indirect evidence and stated that 2 remaining criteria are needed to be carried out including actually proving the agent could cause measles in humans or monkeys.

5. In Vitro vs In Vivo Problem

Enders stated that while there is no ground for concluding that the factors in vivo (within a living organism) are the same as those which underlie the formation of giant cells and the nuclear disturbances in vitro (outside the living organism), yet his entire evidence base came from laboratory cell cultures.

Later Confirmations of Problems

Subsequent research confirmed these issues. In 1958, four years later, the speculations of Prof. John Franklin Enders were confirmed... it is described that the cytopatic effect is not measles-specific but is caused by other factors. The fundamental problem is that this seminal paper, which established the foundation for measles virus research and vaccine development, relied on presumption rather than proof. Enders conclusion: "The findings just summarized support the presumption that this group of agents is composed of representatives of the viral species responsible for measles" - the paper presumed rather than proved the existence of a measles virus.

Expand full comment
Hans Stein's avatar

You guessed it. The paper is older than I am. What am I supposed to learn about infection from it? I had measles when I was young. And I had Covid not only once these past 6 years. I know what infection is, and I know that not every one is susceptible to the same at the same time. What do you want to tell me? Infection was known three and a half thousand years ago and was mentioned in the Torah along with measures of hygiene and separation according to specific symptoms. It was (I speculate) most likely a fungus that would be capable to infect people and things.

It is obvious that such things can happen, just like wasps can (and do sometimes) breed under a roof and may harm its inhabitants if not careful. They procreate. They produce toxins. Is there a size limit to such things regarding smallness that you are suggesting. Do fungi, bacteria, eukaryotes exist? Only viruses can not? They are a lot (by orders of magnitude) simpler: rna/dna covered by proteins.

I am happy we have functioning immune systems.

I am more afraid of a booster than of another Covid infection. (They tend to get milder each time if you don't boost them.)

Oh dearest Han Stein ... hmm, where to begin.

Koch was injecting material directly into the eyes of rabbits. Tuberculosis "infection"?

River blindness - sure, but show us a study, with ANY falsifiable method, finding said contagion.

BTW, recently in China, the government has announced that some mosquito-borne virus has entered Guangzhou ... and it came from Africa (supposedly). Viola! Another instance of mystery and magic from outsiders ... those evil immigrants (and immigrant mosquitoes are the worst).

Lyme disease? A virus? Typhus, really? Just show us ONE paper, with ANY falsifiable methods, pointing to an infectious agent. I would love to be educated.

Yes, I have termed it The Church of Vaccinology, but of course it goes beyond those dangerous injections.

Our current system is like pre-Lutherian selling of indulgences. It's really the same model as the steady cash flow from selling indulgences to / forcing indulgences on the impoverished and starving ("great will be your reward in heaven, even if your children starve to death next year") which supported the entire structure of local churches (think pediatric clinics), the bishops, archbishops and dioceses (think major medical centers) and the Pope in the Vatican (the grisly nexus of Public Health, gigantic medical towers and the global Pharmafia.)

They had to keep selling indulgences, extracting the last franc & pound from the poor, to keep the Vatican stuffed with art and the local priesthood able to make payments on their various preoccupations and avocations.

It's the same today. Take away the CDC vaxx schedule and the bogus "preventive" procedures and meds, and the entire system will collapse, the doctors will have their beemers repossessed and the clinics will go bancarotta, to be replaced by cannabis outlets and tattoo parlors.

Let's be brutally honest: our medical care system requires the destruction of health, the shortening of life and the taking of life so the white coat & stethoscope priesthood can maintain their status in the world and their lifestyle. Finis.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EE9-gC8CjNI

The book is, in Wells's words, a "scheme to thrust forward and establish a human control over the destinies of life and liberate it from its present dangers, uncertainties and miseries." It proposes that largely as the result of scientific progress, a common vision of a world "politically, socially and economically unified" is emerging among educated and influential people, and that this can be the basis of "a world revolution aiming at universal peace, welfare and happy activity" that can result in the establishment of a "world commonweal." This is to be achieved by "drawing together a proportion of all or nearly all the functional classes in contemporary communities in order to weave the beginnings of a world community out of their selection." This will ultimately "be a world religion." — Wikipedia

The problem is the Infetious Disease Division is 100% captured by pharma and should any other division of the CDC write, publish or proclaim something not consistent with Pharma interests, the Infectious Disease Division will cut their funding. It is the Infectious Disease Division that needs to be fired... The ACIP is but a pimple on the butt of the INfectious Disease Division.

Expand full comment
Robert P. Esland's avatar

Thanks for explaining that, KP. It triggered me to go on a tangent.

Supposing there is no evil conspiracy having captured all workers who do bad things, and proceeding from the notion of coercion by the IDD, then theoretically all or most employees in other divisions might well be decent human beings. Their humanity could spur them on to all walk away from the CDC and bring the structure down. But then they'd lose their income to feed their family and pay the mortgage. So most stay put and participate in evil tasks even though it goes against their will and moral standards.

The threat of being sacked is effectively used as a kind of blackmail, reinforced by streams of images of normal people having lost their job and now living on the streets as the 'lifestyle' to look forward to in case of non compliance. This coercion works on the basis of the notion 'eat or be eaten', or, as a different way of saying it, 'survival of the fittest'.

So my guess is that there is a conspiracy but one that goes back further than we think. People in Western society have been so brainwashed by Darwinism, that many of us fear to fall prey as soon as we lose our secure job and safe income stream. To me it is this Darwinism which ultimately explains why so many went along with implementing the measures since 2020.

Incidentally, I don't think that the fear is totally unjustified. Many of us who have grown up in our previously safe environments never acquired the skills nor the attitude to fend for ourselves. And the executive branches of governments are increasingly violent against citizens.

Christianity used to preach the message of Y'hoshua, saying "do not fear..." Darwinism has taken over, it spreads the opposite message, and all blackmail rides on its wings.

I thought your readers might be interested in this:

The fight Goes On.

On July 10, 2025 the FDA approved general (non-EUA) marketing authorization of Moderna’s SpikeVax for children— this is the new mRNA vaxx which I discussed in my last post here on this blog.

Dr. Robert Malone, who now sits on the ACIP, comments at length of the recent FDA approval of another Moderna mRNA Covid vaccine.

In case you need a little buff-up, here is what Google AI says about Dr. Robert Malone:

“Robert W. Malone, MD, is a vaccinologist, scientist, and biochemist known for his early contributions to mRNA vaccine technology. He conducted foundational research in the late 1980s on lipid-mediated mRNA delivery, which laid the groundwork for later developments in mRNA-based therapeutics.

(Google AI)

And about ACIP:

“In June 2025, Martin Kulldorff, PhD, a biostatistician and epidemiologist, became the new Chairman of the ACIP (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices).

“This change followed the dismissal of the entire previous 17-member panel by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., then Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). The new committee, including Kulldorff, was appointed by Secretary Kennedy.

“The ACIP is a federal panel that provides evidence-based vaccine recommendations to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Kulldorff was formerly a Harvard University professor of medicine and is known for his work in vaccine safety and infectious disease outbreak detection and monitoring. He is also a co-author of The Great Barrington Declaration, which advocated for lifting COVID-19 lockdowns.”

(Google AI)

And about Dr. Marty Makary, RFK Jr.’s new appointee to head the FDA:

Marty Makary (Martin A. Makary) is the current Commissioner of Food and Drugs for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on March 25, 2025.

Dr. Marty Makary, a surgical oncologist, is also the chief of Islet Transplant Surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He founded the Johns Hopkins Center for Surgical Trials and Outcomes Research. He held professorships at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Carey Business School. Dr. Makary's education includes degrees from Bucknell University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He completed a surgical residency at Georgetown and sub-specialty training at Johns Hopkins.

(Google AI)

So.

With all these new, stellar, administrators, how did this egregious mRNA vaxx approval slip through the FDA?

Apparently, the figure at the FDA who let this slide through is Dr. Vinay Prasad, appointed by new FDA director Makary.

Vinay Prasad is the current director of the FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). He was appointed to the position in May 2025, succeeding Peter Marks. Prasad is a hematologist-oncologist and a professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). He is also known for his outspoken views on drug regulation and clinical trials.

Key Details about Vinay Prasad and his appointment:

Appointment:

Prasad's appointment as CBER director was announced by FDA Commissioner Marty Makary.

Background:

Prasad is a hematologist-oncologist with extensive experience in clinical trials, health policy, and medical decision-making

(Google AI)

CBER is the Center within FDA that regulates biological products for human use under applicable federal laws, including the Public Health Service Act and the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Apparently, Dr. Prasad did the best he could:

Malone: “The reality is that CBER Director Vinay Prasad

overruled the FDA regulators

who had recommended that all three COVID vaccines currently under the standing EUA be approved for all age groups, including healthy children. Which begs the question, why do we still have an Emergency Use Authorization for these products when there is clearly no medical emergency?”

https://www.biopharmadive.com/news/vinay-prasad-fda-moderna-covid-vaccine-review-children/753183/

Who are those other regulators?

Google AI:

“While the exact names of the other reviewers who were part of the initial assessment are not publicly available in the same prominent way as Dr. Prasad, it is important to remember that multiple individuals and teams within CBER are involved in the review process.”

ME: This is where the dirty stuff is likely to be found.

So Dr. Prasad tried. Not hard enough….

Here’s some excerpts from Dr. Malone’s careful evaluation:

“Like many, I was shocked and disappointed. Moderna was overjoyed. Their stock value and market capitalization surged, with the climb beginning four days before the announcement, suggesting that someone had insider knowledge. If true, that would likely constitute insider trading.”

“Moderna's Spikevax COVID-19 vaccine received full U.S. FDA approval for children aged 6 months through 11 years who are at increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease, as announced on July 10, 2025. This approval transitions the vaccine from its prior availability under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for this age group. Spikevax was previously approved for adults aged 65 years and older, and individuals aged 6 months through 64 years at increased risk for severe disease.”

“Technically, constitutionally, FDA / CBER provides authorization for interstate transport and marketing of medical products and devices. CDC/ACIP provides recommendations to the CDC Director (and HHS Secretary) on standard-of-care for infectious disease vaccines and related products. ACIP recommendations only become official CDC policy recommendations after the Director of the CDC accepts them. The CDC Director can and has overruled ACIP advisory recommendations on very rare occasions.”

“By charter, the ACIP is required to take up the issue of what advice to provide the CDC Director at the next ACIP meeting, following FDA authorization of a new vaccine product. The ACIP failed to meet this requirement in the case of the recently FDA-authorized Moderna product mNEXSPIKE. I have no idea if or when the ACIP may address this FDA action.”

“Regarding the recent FDA marketing authorization for Spikevax, what will the ACIP do now? Unfortunately, as an ACIP member (we are all “volunteers”, by the way), I am embargoed from commenting on future ACIP plans beyond what is in the public record. Which is as it should be. I do not, and cannot, speak for either the ACIP, the CDC, or the US Government, and internal ACIP deliberations and plans are considered confidential information.”

“All of which is to say that FDA/CBER director Vinay Prasad has just thrown a hot potato right into the lap of the ACIP, who now stands between this FDA decision and millions of US parents and their children. Well, technically, all the ACIP does is advise the CDC Director, who is currently pending Senate approval. And you know what that means. Dr. Prasad has also functionally tossed that same hot potato into the gears of that Senate Confirmation process.”

The Setting:

Malone, again:

“The unfortunate facts are that this decision about FDA/CBER Spikevax authorization “for children aged 6 months through 11 years who are at increased risk for severe COVID-19 disease” was made public by Moderna when both the Secretary of HHS (RFK.jr) and his trusted deputy Chief of Staff (dCOS) Stefanie Spears were on vacation. And Moderna certainly made hay while the sun was shining on them.”

“Neither Sec HHS nor his deputy Chief of Staff (dCOS) were briefed or read in on this decision. Did the FDA Commissioner know? Did (ex) HHS Chief of Staff Heather Flick know? Did POTUS or his COS know? I do not know the answers to these questions. What I do know is that shortly after the HHS Secretary and his dCOS returned from vacation, a major reorganization of HHS leadership occurred. And that POTUS and his COS were briefed on this decision. There is now a new HHS Chief of Staff. The dCOS for policy was walked off the premises and was so upset that she crashed her car into the Secretary’s government-provided vehicle. And I hear drumbeats in the distance signaling that the natives believe additional organizational changes will be forthcoming.”

Let them make and market any jab they want. We just will refuse to take them and let them lose profits hand over fist. More are awake now than ever and even more will become so. The only word they understand is profit. Take that away and that is how you knock them down.

I would not trust Malone to babysit my dog. he is corrupt and the major part of the problems. What I want to know is who is giving Malone his marching orders?

Atlandea / I would imagine you trust Dr. Jane Ruby, Sasha Latypova, or perhaps Doc Malik? This is the orchestrated, continued defamation with nothing to back it up. Just a slap in the face for AMD, as they respect each other and have said so on numerous occasions. Why even bother with this worn out accusation?

I did a little research but lack time to dig out some facts. Perhaps you know if the names of who voted yeh or ney at ACIP are released by CDC? Malone in another article explained why the RSV vaccine was considered a keeper however I am puzzled by the covid vaccine being approved by ACIP before the rigorous testing advocated by RFK was done.

The moral mind struggles to wrap itself around the immoral mind. Nonetheless, I suspect numerous factors explain the moral degeneracy of CDC, which is itself holographic of moral degeneracy in government more generally, although I too find the culture that pervades Washington to be so beyond my comprehension as to be at a Dantesque level of depravity.

1. The shadow of what is absent. When we see superb musical performances, we do not see the thousands of hours of practice that went into them. When we see great athletic performances we do not see the discipline of training that led to them. When things go wrong, however, mistakes get made, we can adduce from this a lack of discipline, a lack of practice, a lack of adequate training and coaching, or supervision. The incompetence we see speaks to the absence of what would prevent these gross mistakes from occurring - namely a system which was built to prevent them, based on sound principles and enforced ethical guidelines.

2. The corruptive effects of power. As Lord Acton observed, the acquisition of power leads inevitably to corruption. It is part of human nature. The solution lies only in one thing - decentralizing and weakening power, or redistributing it broadly so it can't be weaponized. This systemic reform would tend to neutralize the corruption of centralized power.

3. Group think. Strong individual voices tend to discourage dissent. There are in committees not structured specifically to welcome discordant views a tendency towards regression towards the mean - or conformism. In the survivalist cultures of large organizations, there is strong pressure to go along to get along. Sticking out like a sore thumb is asking for trouble. We need to restructure group culture to force it to be more welcoming of distaff viewpoints.

4. General loss of spiritual and moral guidance from leadership. Organizational psychology reveals that the tone set by leadership trickles down to all levels of organizational functioning. When leadership is dysfunctional, this trickles down to all levels. Over the past 30 years or more, we have seen presidencies increasingly compromised in their morality. While lying has been a permanent feature of politics for centuries, the grift and lack of moral fiber has reached new levels, with our leaders sometimes engaging in illegal activities which the whole country can see. Imagine trying to work in such a rudderless system. We need strong leadership with well articulated strong moral and ethical values. We last saw this under JFK and would have with RFK and RFK Jr. had they been elected. Their failure to get elected was probably reflective of a degenerate moral culture having overtaken Washington. Now, no knight on a white horse can rescue the system. It must be burned down and rebuilt from the ground up.

We need strong leadership.

...No you don't. You need strong individual thinkers who can reason for themselves instead of deferring to "leadership".

I think the failure comes from the masses who look to "DC" and the likes of RFK JR for "guidance"!!

I must say that RFK Jr. has been a risk that is failing.

We need strong leadership to encourage individual thinkers to think for themselves and to model this behavior - not morally compromised dimwits who do what others tell them to.

Agreed. We require a rebuilt system, not a new politician.
