We already have clean sources of energy, it's just that the oligarchs are not letting us have it and they take down anyone who reinvents it. The oligarchs get what they want. All they have to do is sell us a jingle. I think many would object to data centers displacing natural habitat. Why do we need all these data centers anyway? The US has around 5,000 plus and China has around 400. Why be complacent about this? It is our world, nobody owns the earth. It's time for us to get out of the fiction that those with money can own what is everyone's heritage.

You had me at hello! I think clean safe nuclear energy is long overdue.

I personally witnessed over several years severe neurological collapses or debilitating issues so bad people were unable to function in a very large rural area, but when passing the same exact landmark each time, having to be taken out of the area, with no knowledge of others, the torture stopped instantly as if it never happened.

I researched for years to find out what was so intense that it caused such extreme reactions to various people during surges of some sort. There was NOTHING in the huge rural area except one thing- high level security data center that matched the description of what they are building now.

This severe reaction hit various people during certain surges. Not sensitive people only, but whenever body was pushed to threshold, it collapsed.

This was way before Trump started the aggressive push on the data centers and 6g.

Or,,, the Data Centers are the Water & Power stations for the underground bunkers.

They are re-routing the water to supply their underground cities.

"To maintain humanity under 500million" - Georgia Guidestones.

Rivers and lakes all over the country are at RECORD LOW levels. What is causing it? Climate Change? Hardly. The Arctic is MELTING. Greenland has lost 20% of it's ice density. Glaciers are disappearing from Siberia.

Ten of the glaciers in the U.S. Glacier National Park are gone!

The Arctic is melting. So there's plenty of water. Where's it going? Why are our lakes and rivers drying up?

And why are Data Centers siphoning 1million gallons of water a day into...'Data Centers'???

We still have power at the local level. Find out now where your water comes from, and where its going. The City of Coachella just stopped what would have been the biggest Data Center in California.

Pre covid and vax injury. I used to think injury numbers in the millions were staggering. Now I know the lesson of “law of displacement”. Companies will maim and kill endlessly until a cheaper more profitable way is found. Then they'll keep on anyway.

If we currently have no way of neutralizing radioactive materials, How can there be safe nuclear energy?

Josh Mitteldorf's avatar

There's a technical fix. Capacitors can "clean up" the dirty electricity. They're not expensive compared to the cost of the data center itself.

Andi Hofmann's avatar

It is rather mantle wave filters that are needed. Any ham radio guy can explain and build sich a filter.

Dennis Langshaw's avatar

HOW TO FIX IT....? DON'T BUILD THEM.

I believe Musk has suggested locating data centers to space where they won't cause any of the tribulations attributed to the Earthbound variants.

Is this another reason to encourage Alberta to succeed form Canada...and apply to become a territory of the United States?

(Territory status comes before statehood.)

You wrote, "Likewise, while I never expected this, it’s quite possible that giving people the language to explain why they are suffering from the data center push..." >> Why I agree that you are helping to give people that language via the Bell curve, your efforts could be a bit clearer by remembering that while there will be "significant effects" at the outer end of that curve, there will be virtually no effects at the near side, not as you put it also "significant effects."

A Midwestern Doctor's avatar

That depends upon how you interpret the curve. If you use a strict mathematical definition, your point is correct, but if you are trying to understand the point being expressed, the point makes complete sense and so I've had significantly more people tell me it made things click for them than people point out the mean should represent and average injury (which doesn't fit in the actual context). I haven't found a better way to explain this point that is clear to most people which is why I have not changed it.

M Green's avatar

The Bell curve is a mathematical concept. People who claim to understand your use of it do not understand this concept. What they think they understand is something like: "Well, there's a whole bunch of folk in the middle who are alright but there's whole bunch to the left that suffer this way, and a whole bunch to the right that suffer an entirely different way." Understanding the Bell curve means understanding that amongst the people at the far right end are those who suffer in many different ways.

One virtue in understanding the Bell curve is that it explains why there are so many uninformed but sincere people who say things like, "Vaccines are safe. I've been taking them all my life and I'm healthy as a horse!" Your two self-mirroring tails of dramatic harm can't address this natural response--especially since the vast majority of the vaccinated do not suffer dramatic ill effects, whereas a correct understanding launches the correct reply: "That's because you are among the very lucky people whose constitution allows them to take vaccines in relative or even complete safety. But many are not so lucky as you and these are the people at the other end of the curve." If both ends of the curve are the same you cannot say this. If this is too complex a thought for your audience, we're in trouble. And we are in trouble.

I live on a farm 5 miles South of the rows of Data Centers that straddle the Trans Pacific fiber bundle. The local, regional and state governments has lost at the State court of appeals level, yet at each loss they double down. The last proposal was legislation to take 1,700 acres. After that withered the new plan is 3,000 to 5,000 acres of the top 1% classification of agricultural soil in the State according the State Ag school.

We have experienced all the sounds nuisance that you listed in the article. The water, the power rate increases, etc, etc.

The lack of concern the local politicians have for the public outcry is going to sweep the DSA candidates into power in the city and county. The DSA has no platform except to parrot the farmers and home owners concerns at public meetings and in the media. Which is ironic because once they attain the requisite level of authority those same farmers and home owners will be this generations Kulaks.

Thank you Midwestern Doc for a well researched, well sourced article.

AMD, what is the best method/tool for testing our homes for dirty electricity? I live in the middle of nowhere BUT I noticed that I feel significantly less stressed when the power goes out!

A Midwestern Doctor's avatar

I just plugged a meter into an outlet, a lot of info exists about how to do this online that is fairly easy to find.

Do you understand the purpose of all these data centers? Do you notice how the answer to that question is never addressed by these many gatekeepers in the altmedia sphere? Here is the trick: a diversionary tactic that once they find the solution to the proposed "problem(s)", then you will praise them for saving you and cheer on the thing they want! Hooray! This is exactly the purpose of A Midwestern Doctor, to gain your trust with lots of good information to then ultimately steer you into Hell. Do you know the purpose of these new data centers? You see, a data center is not new. You have been, and are currently able to use AI LLM's and cloud servers, WITHOUT these new proposed data centers. So what is the difference? You are being ushered into a control grid that makes Satan himself lust after and blush. Elon Musk put the satellites above you, cameras are going up everywhere around you (which can strip all the data from your phone as you pass by (Unit 8200)), your social media is journaling everything you say and post, and the easy peasy tap to spend away your income is documenting your spending habits. A "digital twin" is being created of you, so that they can accurately predict your behavior to control it. The final nail in your freedom/coffin? Digital currency, so your spending can be controlled, and that is in the works now. This is the "smart city" digital panopticon that honest writers have been screaming about since AT LEAST the first time you heard the phrase, "It is 2030. You will own nothing and be happy." Can you now see the deception of writers like A Midwestern Doctor? The problem is not the barriers to entry of data centers. The problem is getting you to believe you need them. Should not everything I have stated here be what writers like A Midwestern Doctor should be talking about, continually (if they are going to branch out beyond their original thesis)? Do you find it curious that a supposed medical doctor is stumping for data centers? Hmmm.... Do you remember me mentioning "Unit 8200"? Yep, probably. By the way, the last time I pointed out such tyranny, on A Midwestern Doctor's sister site, A Vigilant Fox, I was banned from commenting FOR 1000 YEARS!? Do you think I was over the target? Do you think the same thing will happen here, after this post?

A Midwestern Doctor's avatar

Based on this comment, you were most likely banned for being a troll. One of the most common complaints I get from the blackpilled demographic is people trying to draw attention to themselves by highlighting that me not covering a topic makes me "controlled op" DESPITE the fact the topic is covered in other articles I've written. The challenge I run into is that if the articles I write push the limit of what people can read, so at times like this, I write short focused one at reader request, so I can't cover every single thing people think are relevant to each topic.

Gotta WONDER just where utility costs will be going forward with all these monsters everywhere in say 3-5 and 10 years. You KNOW big TECH will influence ($$$) the swamp creatures to shift costs to the TAXPAYER. Since MOST monopolistic-like UTILITY companies are owned by the usual BIG 3 suspects for the most part (Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street) they will be licking their CHOPS! Lord its a damn shame!
