What we "know" may be true or not, but do we ever have all the truthful information available to us ? Decades ago I became suspicious of the so-called flu shot efficacy and stopped getting them. I began ingesting a top rated vitamin regimen instead.
Compared to family who continued receiving flu vaccinations, and always got the flu, I stayed healthy and illness free.
