I have suggested this exact thing on Dr Malone's site. The difficulty lie's in being able to First, get the licensing up and running. (The AMA in the past have prevented this exact thing from happening.) Then that licensing has to have the legal teeth in each state, so that these doctors are then allowed full access, aka, "hospital admitting privileges." I believe it is called. I am not in the medical field, but I think the states would need to put "legal," teeth in acknowledgment of this new organization and their education certifications, and licensing standards would be needed. I have been in many circumstances in which my life has been in grave danger, and decisions had to be made quickly. I believe perception comes from God, and God guides our minds the way they need to go. I have many times not had a clue as to what I should do, but did what was perceived to be the right thing... without any evidence or reason to believe I was making the right decision. Praise God. Artificial Intelligence is not God, but in fact removes God from the decision making process... relying on what is known already, what is programmed already, and what the algorithm dictates... and while speed of processing is the main strength of AI, INTUITION is missing. But more relevant to the current topic, I recall the claim (if true!) that an AI expert system could diagnose disease better than a human doctor could.

~ I had symptoms long after recovering.
~ My doctor prescribed Ivermectin, which helped. But it didn't help completely.
~ Blood tests showed the covid infection had caused EPV, which I had in college decades ago, to return.
~ I have not been vaccinated for anything since 2018, my last flu shot.
~ My doctor prescribed treatment for the EPV.

Fair enough, I have no reason to disbelieve your testimony. But, how do you know it was Covid? As an analytical chemist, I can assure you that PCR, for example, is not determinative of disease. Neither is it perfectly determinative of a specific virus. Indeed, that’s why even the CDC removed PCR from its recommended analytical techniques for Covid in December 2021 I think it was. Then, the quick-and-dirty antigen tests that came to replace them were even worse (I.e., lower qualitative accuracy and specificity). Antigen tests only confirm absence; if an antigen test is positive, it only means that a particular virus (among many) may be present, and, in any case, the presence of a virus does not equal manifestation of disease, neither does it preclude the possibility of other causes for outward symptoms. As strange as it may sound, the cause and effect that people have established between what they actually felt and what they presume to be the cause may be correct—we shouldn’t rule it out. On the other hand, it may just be the power of suggestion or, at the very least, a shorthand convention for discourse. I have suggested this exact thing on Dr Malone's site. The difficulty lie's in being able to First, get the licensing up and running. (The AMA in the past have prevented this exact thing from happening.) Then that licensing has to have the legal teeth in each state, so that these doctors are then allowed full access, aka, "hospital admitting privileges." I believe it is called. I am not in the medical field, but I think the states would need to put "legal," teeth in acknowledgment of this new organization and their education certifications, and licensing standards would be needed. Including Insurance companies being forced to accept it. Can be done, but many Politicians are greatly influenced by the AMA.

We need doctors who talk to patients about how to have healthy immune systems since most people are too lazy to do their own research.

Epistemological illness is overtaking our culture... and it's gonna get worse as people "can't handle the truth" (or more accurately, they don't have the mental tools to discern it).
I have recently concluded that one of the key reasons conventional medicine has run into a wall regarding chronic diseases is that it does not want to allow patient experience and self-reporting into their paradigm, and it turns out to be crucial in proceeding. The guild won't let us in... but now with the internet and AI, I can bounce my own experience and theories against other patients' and take official info with a heaping pinch of salt. I can bypass the gatekeepers, and use what they have as merely one of the angles I use to understand something.
The other issue is that our education systems encourage abstract learning that becomes more and more unmoored from reality. There is a big difference in "learning about something" and "learning something" from the inside so to speak. So glad, AMD, you give some of your time to these issues.

It is a sad state of affairs when ChatGPT outperforms doctors in diagnostics. Not long ago I challenged ChatGPT on a set of facts I knew perfectly well... and caught the AI program lying to me repeatedly, then apologizing repeatedly, then finally admitting that it was only software, and that "if (I) wanted the truth, (I) would have to go the the original source". The proposed overarching use of AI is going to cause disasters... with no one held accountable for the outcomes. It is a recipe for outright, uncontrolled civil violence. AI will then mandate martial law, and will execute innocent citizens for non-compliance to artificial dictums. Companies that use AI as a replacement for customer service currently are making a grave error in judgement. Likewise, using AI for 'healthcare' is a looming, tragic mistake. Re-training doctors in the use of critical thinking should be undertaken as a serious necessity for the safety of citizens, before it is too late. Doctors who bowed to AI diktat during Covid have the blood of billons on their hands.
It does not surprise me that it beats them on exams and I do not think it's bad that it does as it's nearly impossible any human would be able to do that.
I have been in many circumstances in which my life has been in grave danger, and decisions had to be made quickly. I believe perception comes from God, and God guides our minds the way they need to go. I have many times not had a clue as to what I should do, but did what was perceived to be the right thing... without any evidence or reason to believe I was making the right decision. Praise God. Artificial Intelligence is not God, but in fact removes God from the decision making process... relying on what is known already, what is programmed already, and what the algorithm dictates... and while speed of processing is the main strength of AI, INTUITION is missing. Humans can do anything with the help of God... including outperforming the folks at Yale. From an epistemological perspective, belief in God's laws would have us in a better place at this point in time. Yale would do well to challenge the journals publicly, and force them to come clean with the truth. Perhaps AI could solve that dilemma for them... that would be a reality show to watch... Yale and AI vs the lying medical journals.

I only perused this long essay but one thing caught my eye: the persistance for years of the spike protein and continued persistance, in its apparent absence, of the symptoms themselves.
This reminds me of a study I recall reading just days ago regarding mice. Their immune systems were essentially stripped away by artificial means and SARS COV 2, the virus, was introduced to them:

I obtained a BS Computer Science in the mid-1990s. As such, I got a fairly broad overview of what was possible in computing back then. From an AI class, I specifically recall some of the feats of what were then called "expert systems" and similar. This was about the time that IBM's supercomputer became the world chess champion, for instance. But more relevant to the current topic, I recall the claim (if true!) that an AI expert system could diagnose disease better than a human doctor could.
I'm so old that I remember people getting a bad case of the flu, and if they were wise, they made sure to have a good immune system, and then got better, and gosh, not one medical "professional" made a dime.
People have become very very dull in a scary way. To me, anything relentlessly pushed by government & media is automatically suspect.
Obviously someone somewhere is making a lot of money.
It's a strange sort of lethargy that many have given in to, indicated by their abnormal level of willingness to allow the government, good, bad or indifferent, to direct them in regard to their health. I do know what I am talking about. I didn't say it was always related to the Covid vaccine but all vaccines are toxic. There are numerous toxic substances around in air, food and water let alone EMF and drugs. Plastics are everywhere and they can be problematic. There are all sorts of issues.
Long term illness is a thing but it needs careful analysis of each individual's circumstances and body chemistry etc. to get to the root cause and possible remedy.
Are people in this forum talking past each other? My understanding is that people don’t necessarily dispute the claimed symptoms called “long Covid” as such. Instead, they suggest that statistical evidence points the finger at the mRNA gene therapy as the cause, not any natural infection from a lab-altered virus, real or imagined.

This was my actual, real life experience. Life doesn't always fit some stat or neat theories and, for me, real life experience trumps them:
~I had covid. I was sick for 5 days.
~ I had symptoms long after recovering.
~ My doctor prescribed Ivermectin, which helped. But it didn't help completely.
~ Blood tests showed the covid infection had caused EPV, which I had in college decades ago, to return.
~ I have not been vaccinated for anything since 2018, my last flu shot.
~ My doctor prescribed treatment for the EPV.
There are some 5 viruses that lurk in the body even after recovery. Everyone is aware of shingles, for example, that come from a return of chicken pox. EPV is another.
Fair enough, I have no reason to disbelieve your testimony. But, how do you know it was Covid? As an analytical chemist, I can assure you that PCR, for example, is not determinative of disease. Neither is it perfectly determinative of a specific virus. Indeed, that’s why even the CDC removed PCR from its recommended analytical techniques for Covid in December 2021 I think it was. Then, the quick-and-dirty antigen tests that came to replace them were even worse (I.e., lower qualitative accuracy and specificity). Antigen tests only confirm absence; if an antigen test is positive, it only means that a particular virus (among many) may be present, and, in any case, the presence of a virus does not equal manifestation of disease, neither does it preclude the possibility of other causes for outward symptoms. As strange as it may sound, the cause and effect that people have established between what they actually felt and what they presume to be the cause may be correct—we shouldn’t rule it out. On the other hand, it may just be the power of suggestion or, at the very least, a shorthand convention for discourse. Think of it this way: If “Covid” had happened back in, say, the seventies before the invention of these laboratory-based analytical techniques and before things like social media amplify all manner of memes and urban legends, the illnesses of 2020/2021 would have been shrugged off as just another flu season with some being worse than others and all of them exhibiting different symptoms.

I have scanned through it but as I worked out the scam in June 2020 I know for certain that there is no such thing as COVID 19 except as a rebranding of the 'flu which is why the 'flu almost disappeared from the statistics to be replaced by COVID 19. Everything was Covid this, Covid that to the exclusion of anything else. Rebranding is the typical business way when sales are falling and Covid was no exception.
I vaguely used to believe in ‘flu as a virus to be caught because the medical profession etc. said so, but when I researched properly I realised we had been grossly deceived.
The ‘flu is, despite what many think, a toxic poisoning caused by various issues but typically occurring in the winter in the northern hemisphere when light levels are low and reliance placed more on processed food. Air quality is worse due to increased use of heating appliances etc.
