MWD - While we are on the general subject, at one point you suggested a tablespoon of chia seed a day for its structured water benefits. I started mixing it in my breakfast yogurt and berries. Since then I have found that toilet paper stays largely or completely clean.

My theory is that the chia gel somehow supplements the normal mucus coating of the lower bowel and therefore the stool. The smooth coating leads to easy, clean transit.

Were I inclined to wilder theorizing, I'd posit that a healthy mucus coating likely keeps bowel contents from destructive contact with the large bowel, forestalling cancers.

Unfortunately for me, they had the opposite effect. I was using chia seeds (gel) to hopefully improve my zeta potential and they sent me right back to where I didn't want to be.

I eat a salad (romaine, kale, red cabbage, grated carrot, celery, cucumber and tomato) every single day for lunch. I add egg, or avocado or a meat protein as well. I’m regular as a clock, never constipated. The only exception is if I’m traveling and am not able to have my daily roughage. This is how I know that daily fiber hit is working, because when I don’t have it, I’m not as regular. I’m convinced exercise, water intake and adequate roughage are key.

actually travel itself can cause constipation, which is well known in ayurvedic medicine. Travel, especially air travel, is "vatagenic", meaning it increases the dry, rough qualities of "vata" (the air & ether (empty space) component of physicality), and these qualities affect the colon particularly.

20 years of serious constipation. Pain, tears, blood, awful roids, and practically every OTC remedy ever created, all of which only offered "some" relief. I finally and unintentionally found real relief when I started making my own yogurt with tons of healthy bacteria in it. I'm not always in the mood to eat a huge bowl of yogurt and have found that taking a double dose of *quality* probiotics does the same thing. (Garden of Life, for example). I find no use in taking the standard dose; I'd been doing that for years with my vitamins. Doubling up was key and everything has been wonderful in this regard for about a year now. If I miss a dose, I definitely know it! YMMV.

For example, Egg yolks (don’t over cook) cure many ailments and help injuries heal. Egg yolks break down spike protein in vaxes — the ones that people refer to as “clots” yet they are calamari like strings. Like elastic bands — hard to break down.

Eat organic only.

Do you believe that localized tumors should not be surgically excised? Just for my edification. I am aware of the pro/con over a biopsy, but curative excision and even debulking have been shown to have survival benefits. A tumor is an indication you are doing something to create it...like feeding it. Removal does not eliminate the problem...it will only reoccur, if you don't find the food, which caused its growth and eliminate it. I got rid of tumors twice, back in 1976 and 1988 by discovering the foods, which 'fueled' them. Nothing grows without fuel. They never reoccured. Then, there are tumors caused by radiation from cells phones held close to the ear. I don't use a cell phone, because of the radiation.

i reversed tumors twice by eliminating the foods that caused their growth...and learned that nothing grows without a fuel. The first time it was excess protein/fat in dairy and the second time it was the excess carbs in honey...I was drinking lots of herb tea daily with honey in every cup. They disappeared , when I stopped eating these foods. The first time two doctors told me that they would give me no gurantees in 1976, if i didn't have a rapidly growing tumor removed. I opted for prayer and a book came into my hand on raw fruit and vegetables...I felt it was the answer...and it worked. I still eat as much raw fruit and vegetables daily as possible. I try to do as little cooking as possible and eat no processed food.

With the new research— and experiencing the Loss of several friends and relatives whereby the tumor removal/ chemo/ radiation did NOT work — Yes. I do not think a tumor should NEVER be tampered with. Don’t remove it — don’t let your dr stick a needle in it. That will only cause the cancer to spread. Those cancer cells are microscopic ..

I may have accidentally made an eye story for you. My husband's eyesight had been deteriorating steadily and quickly. He is 43 and was up to bifocals. I had just started him on selenium (600 mg of the Youngevity brand daily). He had an ingrown toenail, so I was putting DMSO on it three times daily. In two weeks, his eyes healed so much that he no longer has to use glasses except to look at things very close up (he's farsighted). Could that much DMSO have impacted his eyes/interacted with the selenium?

I had a retinal bleed in my R eye in 2022, I used manuka honey eye drops and lowered my BP . It went away after a couple of months. I had a smaller eye bleed in the L eye in 2023, same tx same result. About 6 weeks ago I had a large grey out of my R eye and immediately used 25% DMSO gel (Jacobs Lab) and a little aloe on my eyelid which completely cleared it in less than 5 minuets. (I was racking up a lot of screen time.) About 6 days later a smaller grey out in the R eye and again I immediately used 25% gel on my closed eyelid. No issues since then. Thanks you for the amazing info you have provided for DMSO! I pretty much have had so much success with various issues using DMSO topically and I am so appreciative for your extensive information!

He told me my 2 treatment options were injections into the white portion of my eye, or laser surgery. My 2nd appt. with him he ignored that it was improved and the 3rd and last appt told me it was resolved. He told me how lucky I was I didn't need either procedure! (I would not have had either.) The second eye bleed, I saw a different retinal specialist. He did the basic scan and told me to keep my BP low. The last one, I immediately thought of DMSO which I have been using for a variety of issues and it worked like a charm. ( My BP is low). I don't have much trust in MD's and I worked in hospitals for more than 30 years. I also regrettably sold for a very large big Pharma co. for 10 years. I have researched natural med and therapy for about 15 years and believe myself to be more safe following my own experiences and research. I have had excellent outcomes.

I had read something like this before... I think (and hope) it is correct:

From AI:

Oral and injectable routes are also highly effective for systemic absorption, but oral DMSO is less commonly used because it has some potential for gastrointestinal irritation and often causes a strong garlic-like taste and odor. Regardless of the route, DMSO is rapidly distributed throughout the body and can readily cross biological membranes. Therefore, both topical and internal (oral or injectable) use result in effective absorption, but topical application is particularly notable for its ability to bypass the digestive system and rapidly reach systemic circulation through the skin.

Constipation is completely solvable by hydration with plasma. The body only creates hard stools (i.e., it recovers the moisture from its waste) when it is conserving blood plasma because it is simply dehydrated, lacking healthy plasma. If the body has an abundance of healthy plasma, constipation will never (except for physical blockages) occur. Plasma can of course be a saline IV, but much easier just to drink it. Why see a doctor if you can simply add salts (i.e., a diverse supply of salt minerals, like sea salt) to a glass of water at home?

Thanks for another great article. The few times I felt constipated was due to traveling. Traveling will mess up my system due to prolonged sitting. I walk daily and try to get steps in between flights, but never enough to help. Fortunately for me, my morning coffee, along with a teaspoon of clear fiber, is what gets my system working. However, I’ve had two medications that caused severe constipation in the past and told the doctor no way would I continue to take. Don’t take multiple during the day. Best to take 200 mg with a lot of water half an hour before dinner, say 5 PM, and then another 200 mg well after dinner and just before going to sleep – – but always with at least 8 ounces of water. Sometimes it will take two days to work, but then your system has been woken up for a while. My general approach to any supplements is to vary what you take in a given day or week. Don’t throw a bunch of pills “down the hatch“.
