Eating animals that have been vaccinated (practically all of them have been) is also important too. I’ve NEVER gotten a flu shot in my lifetime. I’ve always been suspicious of anything the government pushes for that much.
I saw that. I am 70 yrs old. I had a flu shot at 19. I do not recall getting sick from it, but I have never taken one before. I have only taken what few childhood vaccines that were given in the early 60's and that one flu shot. Nothing since and never will be. They are not necessary, and actually harmful.
I would like to add, I take NO medication. Mt meds are diet and lifestyle, including an abundance of sunshine. I just avoid sunburns.

Does it bother anyone else that RFK, Jr appears to be set on giving the food industry two years to rid our foods of the toxic dyes used in them, while the same industry is already exporting to Europe the very same foods with vegetable dyes instead right now, and apparently has been doing so for some years? Is this like the FDA trying to give Pfizer 75 years to release its information concerning its modRNA production, tests and trials? I am also troubled by RFK, Jr advising people to get the MMR vaccine, when it (or so I understand) has been proven that is can cause autism - along with a number of other vaccines?
I had great hopes for his leading HHS, but this has me worried.
Reginald while your concerns are valid, I am more worried about the number of mRNA shots the FDA is still pushing forward in end stage trials that are likely to get approved if the companies lie like they did with the Covid shots.

I share your fears, especially as the insurance companies - I'm with Blue Cross/Blue Shield - are still pushing the modRNA injections. There is no way BC/BS is unaware of the issues with the injections, so for them to be encouraging their own customers to take them is unconscionable. I wonder how many of their board members are either ignorant or complicit. If it weren't for the cervical and lumbar spine issues my wife and I have (and the cost, without coverage, of possibly needed future surgery), I'd love to tell them sayonara.

I do not trust RFK for many reasons. Personally, I don't care who you sleep with, or who does your taxes, but when you call a mother who pays a doctor to kill her unborn baby by the most gruesome method possible- " reproductive care " you have a serious moral defect in your soul that will not remain in a vacuum.
I wasn't aware RFK, Jr - his family having been raised as Catholics, I thought - could refer to the murder of a distinct, unique little human (NOT a "part of my body" having a different DNA) as "reproductive care". Anyone who can remain calm, when each year 73 million babies are ripped into pieces while still alive and incinerated like garbage across the planet in the name of "reproductive care" has something wrong with their moral compass. He may be legally restricted in how fast he can act. As much of this is GRAS, he has to get rid of that designation or reduce it through regulation, which requires a comment period. In addition, I believe they can provide studies or objections proving they should retain the GRAS designation. People are increasingly purchasing organic and foods with fewer additives, so any publicity he puts out helps as these companies see their bottom lines shrinking for additive-laden products. The only thing that grieves me, frankly, is I love atomic fireballs, which are full of red food coloring. I hope they will come out with none.
It is my understanding that the major food companies do not use GRAS substances in European foods, where many of them are illegal, and have been for some time now. If they can make such changes for Europe they can certainly do it for America. If a few cereals and such fall by the wayside because some spoiled children refuse to eat something not fancifully colored, too bad for those children. If "adults" cannot do without those food colorings - too bad for THOSE children. There are quite a few candy makers - small businesses that are a bit more expensive than the mass producers - who I believe can make your fireballs without the dyes. We have a local shop that can make you just about anything you might want.
Reminds me of a local tobacconist in Tucson, AZ (back in 1967) who made flavored chewing tobacco for those of us silly enough to enjoy it. He made a batch of apple flavored, rum flavored, etc., and even one of tutti-frutti (although we never asked for anymore after trying it).
The FDA still has to deal with the law and regulations here. I am not saying that changes can't be made, but many companies will resist changes to their bottom line. Chemicals are typically cheaper. Even if they start making changes, they will want to move their existing stock while doing that prospecitvely, regardless of your personal subjective snark about food fussy brats. And, as far as I know, there are no atomic fireballs sans red dye. I have been waiting for them. I stopped eating the red ones long ago.
I don't think waiting will ever work. You MIGHT be able to find a candy maker (we have a good one in Hamilton, MT) who would make them for you. They certainly won't be as cheap as the mass produced ones, but you could get your treat that way if you locate one.

A simple misunderstanding. Too much sugar is indeed harmful, but that is true of even water and oxygen. "Everything in moderation" is an old saw, but true nonetheless. My wife and I have been working with my sister who, at 78 has just become a Type 2 diabetic, although not yet needing medication, as she is doing well at controlling her diet. It does run in our family.

My son - a physics major with a minor in biology - told me in Walmart last week that the gene pool is in serious decline. You're right of course. Will never make it to reproductive age or will be infertile. Since my washer broke 10 years ago, I started to go to an inner city laundromat and of course the little hellions must be pacified with bags of unidentified, glowing greasy bits as they waddle up and down - finally seated next to their older sibling [ also overweight ] while they both stare slack jawed at the phone screen. Scary.
Not a genetic issue. It's a combination of a nutritional problem, as identified by Weston Price, and (more recently) vaccine damage.

And they're labeling deaths from COVID without "COVID symptoms." All they have to get is a positive COVID from the patient, which is over 80% false positive. And people are dying from fear: it's called the "nocebo effect", in which those who believe they will die will cause the physiological effects that leads to their deaths. We are seeing the most effective experiment in mass suggestion in which people are literally scared to death.
